Former Fiji Broadcasting Corporation Chief Executive, Francis Herman was allowed to leave the country earlier today.

Immigration Director, Commander Viliame Naupoto has confirmed that he received a directive from Interim Prime Minister, Commodore Frank Bainimarama to leave for Vanuatu.

It is understood that Herman flew out of the country this morning.

Meanwhile FICAC spokesperson, Semi Koroi said FICAC has completed investigations against Herman and the report has been submitted to the higher authorities.

Koroi refused to make any further comments.

Interim Attorney General, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum confirmed a few minutes ago that Herman's filed has been reviewed and no charges have been laid against him.

Sayed-Khaiyum also said that Herman is free to travel in and out of Fiji.
