All Blacks coach Graham Henry has handed the Hurricanes some motivation to end a nightmare Super Rugby season on a high note tomorrow night.

The national selectors spent the past week with the Hurricanes and Coach Mark Hammett said his players were under no illusion about what was at stake in the final round of the competition.

Hammett has suggested that despite a Hurricanes season that has reaped just five wins, a large group of players remained in the World Cup frame.

He said the obvious ones are Ma'a Nonu, Conrad Smith, Piri Weepu, Hosea Gear and Cory Jane who have been outstanding this season.

The Hurricanes & Crusaders match will kick off at 7.35pm tomorrow in Christchurch.

Meanwhile, tonight at 7.35 the Blues take on the Highlanders and at 9.40pm the Rebels will meet the Force.
