Help is on the way.
Food rations including rice, flour and other food stuffs will be distributed to the Lomaiviti group especially to villages who were affected by Cyclone Gene by Military Personal by tomorrow.
Military spokesperson, Lieutenant Colonel Sitiveni Qiliho confirms that 20 soldiers who are members of the 3rd Battallion Fiji Infantry Regiment will be deployed for a week, distributing rations to the villages.
Col. Qiliho said the consignment of food is scheduled to depart Suva on board the MV Dausoko at 10pm tomorrow night.
