Former Supervisor of Elections Felicity Heffernan will take up her new post as the Commissioner of the Law Revision Project on Monday.
Heffernan was part of the 20 new legal practitioners appointed to the Fiji Bar by Chief Justice Anthony Gates this morning at the Supreme Court.
Solicitor General Christopher Pryde confirmed the appointment to Fijivillage, saying she will head the Law Revision Project.
Pryde said the review is well overdue as the last one was done back in 1985.
