A heavy rain warning remains in force for Vanua Levu, Taveuni and Northern Lau Group.
The Nadi Weather Office said that heavy rain is expected to lead to flooding.
DISMAC confirmed that in the Northern Division the Nabouwalu road, Delaikoro road and Ura road in Taveuni are closed.
Members of the public are being advised that the Northern Divisional Emergency Operation Centre has been activated and people can contact them on 828 3952.
Nadi Weather Office said a heavy rain alert is now in force for northern Lomaiviti and the Central and Eastern Parts of Viti Levu.
