Some parts of the northern division are experiencing strong winds and heavy rain.
Labasa police have confirmed people in Kilata, Kubulau, in the Bua district, are now experiencing winds of up to 30 to 40 knots and flood waters are also rising.
Police also confirmed the Kilata bridge is also under some feet of flood water and is closed to all traffic.
There have also been reports of two landslides at Sosonivai in Kilata and the road is closed to all traffic.
In other parts of Labasa, flood waters have receded and people are experiencing fine weather.
Moving onto Savusavu, the highway between Savusavu and Seaqaqa is closed to all traffic as part of the road in Lomaloma was washed away.
Other areas in Savusavu are experiencing fine weather and flood waters have also receded.
