It has been revealed that people as young as 25 years are suffering from heart diseases.

This has been revealed by National Advisor Non-Communicable Disease, Dr Isimeli Tukana who said this is due to factors like smoking, overweight, sugar and blood cholesterol level.

However this can be prevented by eating a meal which is low in saturated fat, sugar and salt and contain plenty of fruit and vegetables, at least five servings a day.

He said be more physically active by walking, dancing or gardening or even take up a sport.

Coronary heart disease is a condition which affected the vessels which supply the heart’s muscle with blood, oxygen and nutrients
