Despite having a reduction of nine million dollars in their budget allocation, the Health Ministry will continue to ensure that they provide the best health care they can.
Permanent Secretary Doctor Sala Saketa said this also encompasses the re-employing of those of their staff that have retired as they have reached the age of fifty five years.
Saketa said the main areas they are looking at is cost cutting through re-looking at wages for their staff but this will not affect their re-employment strategy.
The Health Ministry had received a total of $141 million in the 2010 National Budget that was announced in November last year.
