A total of 49 cases of viral infections have been recorded in the Northern Division with the Ministry of Health calling for people to be more cautious.
According to Health Ministry PRO, Illesa Tora the figure came as a surprise especially since it was recorded within a week’s time.
Nationwide, there are 10 cases of Leptospirosis and 131 cases of Dengue, Typhoid and skin infections.
