A Health Commission is expected to be established soon that will look into the complaints received against doctors and their practices.
Health Ministry Spokesperson Iliesa Tora said the ministry receives an average of 15 complains per month and the commission will carry out investigations and recommend action to be taken against the doctors.
He also said that people will be held responsible as they receive numerous different complaints.
The Commission is expected to be established in the next few months.
