More than 300 head teachers from around the country are today gathered in Nausori for the National Fiji Head Teachers Association conference followed by their Annual General Meeting which is being held this afternoon.
Interim Vice President, Rishikul Primary Head Teacher, Master Kisun Krishna said the two day conference yesterday and today was a time when all Head Teachers give updates on the progress of their schools as well as difficulties they are facing.
Krishna said the theme for the Conference is “Challenges facing Head teachers" and there are a lot of difficulties facing schools mainly in the outer islands.
The National Fiji Head Teachers AGM is currently ongoing where they will look at how to tackle the difficulties facing them.
