Former Vodafone Fiji Bati fullback Jarred Hayne will miss Australia's first Rugby League World Cup match against England in Cardiff on Sunday.
This is after Billy Slatter was named to start in the fullback's position ahead of Hayne.
Australian coach Tim Sheens has named a powerful side with players like Greg Inglis, Cooper Cronk, Jonathan Thurston, Darius Boyd and Cameron Smith in the starting lineup.
The Kangaroos will meet England this Sunday at 1.30am.
Meanwhile, the Vodafone Fiji Bati is pooled with Australia, Ireland and England and they will play Ireland at 7am next Tuesday.
