Parramatta Eels star, Jarryd Hayne is highly likely to be part of the Blues team in the second State of Origin Test after St George Illawarra winger Brett Morris has withdrawn.

Morris is likely to be ruled unfit for the second clash of the series, following a hamstring injury suffered against Wests Tigers last Sunday.

While Blues coach Ricky Stuart has not been notified officially of Morris’s unavailability, the Dragons believe the low-grade strain will keep him out for two to three weeks.

Hayne refused to buy into the debate about his selection this week, saying he is always ready to play for the Eels, and does not want to talk about anything that has not been established yet.

The second State of Origin will be played at ANZ Stadium on June 15.
