The Fiji Woman's Rights Movement has called on the National Council for Building a Better Fiji to have an independent body conduct the consultations on the draft Peoples Charter.
Director Virisila Buadromo said only then people will believe the figures.
The Fiji Labour Party has refused to make any comments on the figures released however assistant General Secretary, Lekhram Vayeshnoi said FLP only had consultations with people on the draft Peoples Charter however no response forms were distributed.
