With only two days to go for the Australia 7s, New Zealand coach Gordon Tietjens feels that despite being 26 points ahead of reigning World Series champions Samoa and Fiji, his boys still have to work hard to reach the quarter finals.

Tietjens said the Hong Kong 7s victory has given the team a lot of confidence and for the young players, winning in Hong Kong was huge for them.

However, he insists they really cannot depend on that win.
