Wallabies skipper James Horwill is unlikely to play again this year as he will undergo surgery on his hamstring.
The Wallabies are hopeful the Queensland second rower might be available for their spring tour of Europe in November.
Australia will play Wales at 5pm this Saturday in their final test.
