Housing Authority is now awaiting approval on their submission for funding from a Chinese bank to carry out some of their housing projects.
Chief Executive Officer Alipate Naiorosui said they are expected to have a decision by end of this month following which they will carry out development work at Tacirua East and 7 miles Nepani.
He added that development work at the two lands will be carried out together, adding that they are now talking to the people to vacate the land in a few weeks.
Naiorosui also said that 400 lots will be available once the development work has been carried out.
