It is evident there is high consumption of yaqona after Ram Naumi prayers, which is being held daily since last Friday.
We spoke to some people who go to the Hindu Ram Naumi celebrations and have complained that males are sitting up to 2 or 3 in the morning drinking grog.
However, Sanatan Dharam Pratinidhi Sabaha of Fiji's General Secretary Vijendra Prakash said there is nothing wrong in drinking yaqona after daily Ram Naumi prayers and singing.
