One of the biggest schools in the country is expected to have a facelift thanks to the ex-students.
Suva Grammar School which is having it's Golden Jubilee celebrations this year has seen the ex-students from the past five decades raising funds for the school.
Representative from the 1990's decade, Sala Tupou said their decade has decided to give something back to the school and will be cleaning the classrooms.
Tupou added that they will be focusing on painting classrooms to ensure the students learn in a clean environment and this has seen painting work over the past six months.
The school was established on 9th February 1960, where the Boys and Girls Grammar schools joined forces to form what is now known as Suva Grammar school at Veiuto.
The Golden Jubilee was officially launched by its patron, Gerald Barrack in August, last year.
The Golden Jubilee Celebrations will kick off from the 24th to the 31st of next month.
