Graduates who cannot find jobs have been urged not to get disheartened and to keep looking.
The Vice Chancellor of the University of the South Pacific, Prof Rajesh Chandra said that confidence is the key to success in life and unemployed people with diplomas and degrees should not lose hope.
He said today's youths also get a bit choosy in what they want to do and where they want to work which is not a positive attitude.
