Interim Education Minister Filipe Bole said entering the workforce is not easy since workers have to be fully equipped with the qualities and values to boost the company in terms of economic, social, political and environmental issues.
While addressing 782 students from the Fiji Institute of Technology during their graduation ceremony today Bole stressed that these could be achieved by being responsible citizens.
