Government has assured the people in the Northern Division that they will continue to cart water to the affected areas over the next two months.
Divisional Planning Officer Ratu Eliki Tikoidraubuta said they have the assistance of the Turaga-ni-koro and the Mata ni Tikina to report on the situation in their village and district.
Tikoidraubuta said they have received report from the outer islands that there is enough water to use.
The Commissioner Nothern's Office and the Water Authority of Fiji have worked together to cart water to the affected areas.
