People who are not satisfied or are concerned with any government services will now be able to contact the Prime Minister’s office directly by texting in their complaint.

Permanent secretary for information Lieutenant Colonel Neumi Leweni said Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama has constantly raised the need for government to improve its service delivery.

He said a unit has now been established in the PM's office to monitor all the issues raised by the public and to ensure that the relevant government agencies deal with these issues at the earliest convenience.

Lieutenant Colonel Leweni said people can now have their voices heard quicker and cheaper and government agencies should be able to respond faster as well.

People with concerns over government services can text their complaints through their Vodafone mobile phones by texting to 01, (ZERO ONE) and it will only cost ten cents.
