The interim Attorney General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum has reiterated that the interim government has not interfered with the functioning of the judiciary which would in any way compromise its integrity.
Sayed-Khaiyum said the government's position still stands from the last 18 months that the independence of the judiciary is maintained.
He added that the interim government welcomes any missions in the country.
Yesterday the interim Attorney General said some overseas missions especially the European Mission were pre-judgmental with their assessment on the rule of law in Fiji.
