Government MP Rohit Ritesh Sharma has pleaded not guilty to a count of Assault Causing Actual Bodily Harm.
Sharma appeared in the Nasinu Magistrates Court this morning.
Sharma allegedly assaulted his 35-year-old wife during a heated argument in Davuilevu Housing.
The alleged incident happened in May this year.
The matter will be called again this Thursday to deal with Sharma’s application for bail variation.
