Tournament Organizer, Randall Kamea confirms Tietjens has agreed to travel to Fiji and coach a team that will be chosen by the Fiji rugby fans.
Kamea added rugby players in Fiji will have an opportune time next month to get tips from the best in the sevens code.
Meanwhile, Army looks to be the next local team to confirm participation in the Uprising Fiji International 7s tournament.
Kamea said he has spoken to the team officials and confirmation should come in by this afternoon.
Kamea added he will also be holding talks with the officials of Wardens team this afternoon and both teams are set to participate in the tournament.
And the organizers are still liaising with Bay of plenty rugby team officials to be the last overseas team to be included in the tournament as a late invitation was sent to the club when Manawatu pulled out.
So far six local teams look set to participate in the tournament which include Nadroga, Uprising, Red Rock, Army, Wardens and Digicel Matai Text Select team.
As of today nine overseas teams have confirmed participation with more confirmations to made by tomorrow.
The Uprising Fiji International 7s tournament will be held from the 21st to the 22nd of next month at the TFL stadium.
