‘Go and do us proud’.

Those were the words of the President Ratu Epeli Nailatikau to the Vodafone Fiji Bati and the National Under 18 rugby league side during their I-tatau today.

Ratu Epeli reminded the players that the hard yards have been done in training and they have to go out and perform.

The National Under 18 side will play three matches on tour in Australia while the Bati will meet Samoa next Saturday for a place in the Four Nations competition.

Local based players Osea Sadrau, Atunaisa Turagaiviu and Tikiko Noke will team up with overseas based players like Semi Radradra, Lote Tuqiri, Korbin and Ashton Sims, Wes and Kevin Naiqama, Jayson Bukuya and Kane Evans for their clash against Samoa.

Meanwhile, Radradra, Bukuya, Apisai Koroisau and Sisa Waqa have been named in the starting lineup for their respective sides in this week's round 8 of the NRL.
