People really need to know more about global warming and its effects especially here in the Pacific Islands.
Those were the sentiments of Greenpeace Suva Activist Group Coordinator Lia Wickem who said they are currently collecting petitions to stop the causes of global warming to be presented to other country leaders in December.
Wickem said the petition gathering is initiated by the Pacific Council of Churches however Greenpeace has seen it fit to support this, as it is for a good cause, one that affects everyone in the Pacific.
