Citizens Constitutional Forum Director Reverend Akuila Yabaki believes students who are over 18-years-old should be given time to look at what the Draft People's Charter will offer.
Reverend Yabaki said while the external examination remains a priority for students we should be reminded that the future of our country is in the hands of these students who are to become leaders.
Yabaki said it will be better for those who are above 18yrs old to give their views whether they will accept or reject the draft charter as they are the ones who are expected to be affected.
