The Pacific Islanders rugby side should be given the chance to play in the expanded Super 14 rugby competition.
This is the view of Samoan Rugby Coach Lapele Niko Palamo who is preparing his side to play the All Blacks in the one off test tonight.
Palamo said to improve the rugby standard in the Pacific Islands they must be given the chance to play against the world's top teams.
Meanwhile, All Blacks coach Graham Henry would like to break new ground in the professional era and take his All Blacks to the Pacific Islands.
Henry said it's just a matter of fitting them in, but it would be a good thing if they could.
The All Blacks will meet Samoa for the fifth time in a test match while they have played Fiji in Suva but that was a life time ago in 1984, 1980 and 1974.
Fiji, Samoa and Tonga have always maintained that they would be tougher to beat at home and that the All Blacks would be treated like royalty if they did tour the Islands.
