Australia playmaker Matt Giteau has tipped England to qualify for the knockout stages of the Rugby World Cup, but admits Wales made quite an impression during the Six Nations.

The Wallabies have arrived in England after a training camp in the USA and are in the so‑called "Pool of Death" with Wales, England, Fiji and Uruguay.

Giteau suggests that home advantage will have a huge role to play in the outcome of the World Cup, but admits the way Warren Gatland's men grew in the Six Nations was "scary".

Australia must travel to Cardiff in the group stages of the World Cup, but only to face Fiji.

The game against Wales, which is likely to be pivotal, will take place at Twickenham.

The Vodafone Flying Fijians will face England in the opening match of the rugby world cup at 7am Saturday.
