Nausori Police are questioning a 17 year old girl who allegedly gave birth to a baby which was found dead in a pit toilet.
Regional Crime Officer Eastern, ASP Aca White confirmed that the incident happened at a village in Noco, Rewa over the weekend.
According to ASP White, the matter was reported to Police by a nurse from Wainibokasi hospital when the 17 year old girl went for treatment.
Police are also expected to question some people from the village today to get full information regarding the alleged incident.
