Former Labasa soccer official Girja Prasad is now the Fiji Football Association’s Northern Vice President.

Prasad replaced Dewan Chand who is serving four years in prison for defilement.

Chand lost his position after missing three consecutive Board of Control meetings.

The decision was made in Fiji FA’s board meeting over the weekend that Prasad will hold this position till October when the next Fiji FA elections will be held.
