Labour Leader, Julia Gillard will again be the Prime Minister of Australia but it would be a minority government with 76 MP's while 74 MP's have backed the now Opposition led by the Coalition's Tony Abbott.

This was confirmed after the two remaining independents, Tony Windsor and Rob Oakeshott decided to support Gillard and the Australian Labour Party.

However with such a slight majority, it would also keep Gillard and Labour on their feet as both independents have said that they would not hesitate to go against the government if they do not agree with some of the major issues.

Independent, Windsor also made it clear in a press conference in Canberra about a future no-confidence motion if the need arises.
