This is the view of Fiji Human Rights Commission Director, Dr Shaista Shameem who said those who have criticised the report need legal help and opinion, to help them better understand it.
Shameem's comments come after FHRC Commissioner and Fiji Women's Crisis Centre Coordinator, Shameema Ali called the report warped and biased.
Shameem said that Ali has the right to her opinion.
Shameem also said that Qarase needs legal assistance.
