A 47 year old man of Rakiraki charged with alleged sodomy was told by the Tavua Magistrate to seek psychological treatment at the Saint Giles Hospital.
Joeli Temo appeared before Tavua Magistrate, Suliana Tabaiwalu yesterday afternoon, however no plea was taken.
Tabaiwalu ordered that Temo be taken to the Saint Giles Hospital for psychiatric treatment.
It is alleged that Temo sodomized an 8 year old class one student at his house over the weekend.
The case has been adjourned till the 5th of next month for a plea.
