The Fiji Islands Revenue and Customs Authority (FIRCA) has urged employers in Fiji to get the new income tax table from them as soon as possible since the new income tax threshold has come into effect.
FIRCA chief executive officer Jitoko Tikolevu said the department has received complaints and urges employers to work according to the new income tax threshold.

Employees who earn $15,000 or less should be included from paying income tax from the 1st of this month.
