The villagers of Lovu village in Gau are preparing themselves well and looking forward to the Prime Minister's visit to their village tomorrow.

Lovu village Turaga-Ni-Koro, Tiko Vakaloloma said one of the main issues they will discuss with Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama is how they can revive the Narocake Pine Scheme Project.

Vakaloloma said the project which has been a source of income for the Lovu villagers has been sitting idle for some time and there is a real need to bring it back.

Vakaloloma added that another issue that will be discussed is the difficulties that the school children in Lovu are facing, as a few crossings have been damaged after Cyclone Tomas.

Another issue that will be brought up is for repair works to be done to the sea-wall at Lovu, to help protect the villagers during storm surge.

The Prime Minister's entourage is expected to be at Lovu village tomorrow morning.
