Wales coach Warren Gatland has dismissed reports linking him to the vacant England rugby coach role.
Despite being under contract with the Welsh Rugby Union until 2019, it had been suggested that the 52‑year‑old Kiwi would consider an approach by England's Rugby Football Union after Stuart Lancaster stepped down earlier this week.
But he insists that is not the case, joining fellow New Zealanders Sir Graham Henry and Wayne Smith in ruling himself out of contention.
In eight years in charge of Wales, the former Waikato coach has won two Six Nations Grand Slams and reached the Rugby World Cup semifinals in 2011, while he led the British and Irish Lions to series glory in Australia two years ago.
