The Great Council of Chiefs Review Committee Chairman, Ratu Tuakitau Cokanauto and members of his team hope that Interim Prime Minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama will reconsider the cabinet decision to appoint him as GCC Chairman.
The Bau High chief said the credibility of their recommendations is at stake and hope that Bainimarama will listen to them and reconsider his decision.
Ratu Tuakitau said he will consult with the Indigenous Affairs Permanent Secretary Ratu Meli Bainimarama to arrange a meeting with the Interim PM when he returns from India.
