Sacked Great Council of Chiefs Chairman, Ratu Ovini Bokini has instructed his legal counsel to file a court injunction against the 6 member team appointed by Interim Fijian Affairs Minister to carry out a thorough review of the GCC before the new council members are appointed.
Ratu Ovini's lawyer, Savenaca Komaisavai confirms that he is currently preparing necessary papers before filing for an application for the court order later this afternoon.
Meanwhile Ratu Ovini Bokini told Village news that only one of the six members of the review team, Ratu Jone Nakautoga consulted him first before been appointed by Ratu Epeli Ganilau.
