The former chairman of the Kadavu Provincial Council said he has a very important role as chairman of the GCC Taskforce where he intends to fulfill all his obligations.
However, Ratu Josateki Nawalowalo added he will always be loyal to his province.
Nawalowalo joined his people as a representative from the Tikina of Tavuki on the 2nd day of the Kadavu provincial Council today.
The Bose Vanua of Kadavu will decide on the GCC promulgation today while the provincial council will decide on the People's Charter process after hearing submissions from the NCBBF team.
