Good news as the price of motor spirits, diesel, kerosene and premix outboard fuel decreases today.
 
The Price and Incomes Board confirmed that the price of motor spirit or unleaded fuel decreases from $2.24 to $2.16 per litre while the price of diesel goes down by 4 cents to $1.90 cents per litre.

The price of kerosene will also change when retailers replenish their stocks and will cost $1.55 cents per litre, a decrease of 4 cents.

Pre-mix out board fuel price decreases from $2.16 to $2.08 cents per litre.

The PIB said this comes following the reduction in world market price of the products, while strengthening of the US dollar against the local currency also has its effects on the reduction.

Consumers and traders outside of Suva, Lami and Lautoka are advised that the prices will differ due to additional delivery and cartage charges.
