Some relief for consumers as the price of motor spirits, diesel, kerosene and premix outboard fuel decreases effective from tomorrow.

The Price and Incomes Board confirmed that the price of motor spirit decreases from $2.24 to $2.16 per litre while the price of diesel goes down by 4 cents to $1.90 per litre.

The price of kerosene will also change when retailers replenish their stocks and will cost $1.55 per litre, a decrease of 4 cents.

Premix outboard fuel price decreases from $2.16 to $2.08 per litre from tomorrow.

The PIB said this comes following the reduction in world market price of the products, while strengthening of the US dollar against the local currency also has its effects on the reduction.

Consumers and traders are advised that the prices will vary due to additional delivery and cartage charges.
