Fuel and kerosene prices will increase from today.

The price of unleaded fuel will increase by 15 cents to $1.78 per litre.

A litre of diesel will increase to $1.43, a 16 cent increase.

The price of kerosene will increase by 15 cents and will now cost $1.12 cents per litre while premix outboard fuel will now cost $1.70 cents, an increase of 16 cents.

However, the PIB stressed that the price of kerosene and premix outboard fuel are determined on the markup basis and that this is only for new stock after 18th May.

The PIB said this is all partly due to the partial impact of devaluation which affects the international product prices.
