Fuel prices go down from today!

The Prices and Incomes Board confirmed the price of motor spirits and other fuels will decrease by 5 cents across the board.

Motor spirits which costs $2.15 will cost $2.10 cents while diesel will cost $1.83 cents per litre.

The price of Kerosene and pre-mix outboard fuel will also decrease once retailers replenish their stocks.

One liter Kerosene will cost $1.49 cents after the decrease while premix outboard fuel will cost $2.02 per liter.

The PIB said the decrease in price is due to a further reduction in the international refined product prices and the weakening of the US dollar against local currency.

Consumers and traders are advised that the prices will differ in areas due to additional cartage and delivery charges.
