Another New Zealand Conference blockbuster opens round four of Super Rugby when the Hurricanes host the Crusaders at 6.30pm.

The Hurricanes inflicted a 23-22 shock loss in Christchurch last year forcing the Crusaders to concede any chance of topping the New Zealand conference.

Later where it did matter the most, the Canes threw the towel and were hammered 42-14 by the Crusaders in Wellington.

Apart from the traditional rivalry, tonight’s match is also a story about two brothers facing off each other for the first time.

The heavy weight sibling battle between Owen and Ben Franks is attracting plenty of attention and this time their teams are winless and desperate for points and neither Franks is leaving anything for chance.

Hurricanes prop, Ben Franks said he is ready for his brother Owen.

Crusaders coach, Todd Blackadder said they will have to wary of Ben Franks as he knows the Crusaders tactics very well.

The match kicks off 6.30 tonight.

Meanwhile, at 8.40pm the Rebels will face the Reds.
