It's a four way race now for the Digicel Fiji 7s coach job.
FRU Board member Baljeet Singh said they met on Wednesday night but nothing has been finalised and they are seeking the IRB's assistance.
The fourth person in contention is former Fiji and NZ 7s player, Waisiki Masirewa.
Meanwhile, the new coach will not have enough time on his hands to prepare the side for the upcoming Fiji Water Centennial International 7s.
Tickets for the Fiji Water Centennial International 7s are now on sale at the Fiji Rugby Union. Grandstand tickets for day one are $20 and $40 for day 2.
Embankment tickets are $10 for Friday and $20 for Saturday.
The Fiji Water Centennial International 7s will be held at the ANZ Stadium on the 4th and 5th of next month. You can catch the build up and all the action on the official radio station of the Fiji Water Centennial International 7s, Legend FM.
