There are four changes to the All Blacks side to play South Africa this Saturday in the Tri-Nations series.

The run on side will include Sam Whitelock returning to the second row while Jerome Kaino returns to the blind side flanker’s position.

Adam Thomson moves to number eight, with Liam Messam going to the bench while Sonny Bill Williams has been benched as well.

Daniel Carter is back at first five while Cory Jane has recovered from his finger injury and is on the right wing, with Zac Guildford moving to the left wing.

The All Blacks and Springboks match kicks off 7.35pm this Saturday in Wellington.
