With just weeks remaining for the next Pacific Islands Leaders Forum to be held in Cairns, it has been confirmed that Fiji will not be the dominating theme of this year's forum.
Speaking to Fijivillage in Canberra, Australia's Parliamentary Secretary for Pacific Affairs Duncan Kerr said the forum agenda will be different compared to the past forums in Tonga and Niue where Fiji dominated the talks.
Kerr said the decision on Fiji has been made and there are many other issues that need to be discussed.
The Forum Leaders meeting will take place in Cairns in August.
